Cream Cheese Frosting

4 oz cream cheese

1/4 c butter

3 Tbsp lemon juice

3 1/2 powdered sugar

Collard greens

Bacon grease
1 medium onion, diced
1 tablespoons garlic
2 lbs. fresh collard greens, trimmed and washed
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 ½ tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon

salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Pork Tenderloin

Sugar Cookies

1 c butter
1 c sugar
1 ½ tsp vanilla

1 egg 
2 ½ c flour
¾ tsp baking powder
¾ tsp salt

Cream together butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Beat til completely combined. Gradually stir in dry ingredients. Chill dough for 2-3 hours (up to 5 days)

Heat oven to 350.  Roll out dough ¼ inch thick and cut into shapes. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Frosting

3 c powdered sugar
3-4 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp corn syrup
½ tsp vanilla
Food coloring

Combine ingredients. If frosting is too thick add more milk.
