2 pkg instant vanilla pudding (4 oz)
3 c milk
8 oz cool whip
3 Tbsp cocoa
2 1/2 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
Beat pudding in milk until thick. Fold in whipped topping. Layer graham crackers in 9 x 13 pan. Pour on half of the pudding mixture. Layer more graham crackers on top. Add another layer of pudding. Top with graham crackers.
Topping: Melt cocoa and butter in microwave. Stir in powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Spread over top of crackers. Chill overnight.
