Sunday CrockPot Pot Roast

1 roast
1 lb carrots, cut-up
4 potatoes quartered
2 onions, quartered
1 c water

Place carrots, potatoes & onions in crock pot. Cover with roast. Add water. Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.

    Can we have this when I am home this summer????? Haven't had it in forever!!! And those are the best kinds of carrots.
