Roasted Okra

Wash okra and slice into spears.
Put in ziploc bag and add 1/4 c olive oil. Marinate 4-8 hours or overnight (or 2 days)
Lay out parchment paper on cookie sheet. 
Sprinkle desired spices on top - garlic salt (or garlic or garlic salt, onion powder, oregano, etc.)

Bake at 400 for 40 minutes depending on desired crunchiness.
