French Onion Soup

Broth
1/4 packet onion soup mix (optional)
Sautéed onions
Toast, cut in cubes
Mozzarella cheese 

Put broth in pan. Add onions. Add soup mix if desired. Heat until desired temperature. 

Put soup in bowl. Add toast pieces. Top with mozzarella.
