Chicken
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
4 Tbsp butter, melted
Sprinkle chicken with garlic. Mix with honey and 2 Tbsp butter. Brush onto chicken. Place in greased baking dish. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Baste several times with butter while baking. Turn chicken over. Bake 10-15 minutes longer until brown.
