Shank Ham

Place ham shank in greased roaster with cut side up. 
Add 1 1/2 c water.  
Cover with roaster lid. 
Bake at 325 - 10 minutes per pound.



CROCK-POT 
Grease crock pot.
Add ham.
Cook on high for 5 hours for 9 1/2 pounds - test this to confirm
