1 c powdered milk
1/3 c boiling water
2/3 c sugar
3 Tbsp butter
Combine water and sugar. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Put into blender and mix, slowly adding butter then gradually adding milk powder. Blend until smooth. The longer it is blended, the thicker it will get. Make sure that the mixture isn't grainy. Store in refrigerator.
