Ravioli Casserole

1 lb lean ground beef
1 med onion, chopped
2 Tbsp oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
1 lb can spaghetti sauce
8 oz can tomato sauce
6 oz can tomato paste
1/2 tsp salt
7 oz pkg shell macaroni, cooked
1 c shredded sharp cheese
1/2 c soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, well-beaten
1/4 c oil

Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in 2 Tbsp oil. Cook spinach per directions. Drain & reserve the liquid to make 1 cup. Combine liquid, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste and salt. Stir into meat mixture. Combine spinach with macaroni, cheese, crumbs, eggs and 1/4 c oil. Spread spinach mixture in 13x9 baking dish. Top with meat mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 or until very hot. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
